We, the undersigned, urge the Mayor of Rockford, Illinois to sign the U.S. Mayors’ Climate Protection Agreement.  After signing the U.S. Mayors’ Climate Protection Agreement, we urge the Mayor and the Rockford City Council to take decisive action to reduce heat-trapping emissions, lower energy bills, save taxpayer dollars, and protect our environment.
